Processing & Tracking

Order Fulfillment: Every order undergoes a strict quality check and is beautifully packaged within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tracking Status: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a real-time tracking link the moment your package leaves our design hub, allowing you to watch your vacation wardrobe arrive step-by-step.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Windows

To deliver the finest resort-grade textiles without regional delays, our collections are dispatched directly from specialized fulfillment centers to Canada and the United States.

Please note that these timeframes are highly reliable and begin after the initial processing window:

Canada: 7–14 business days
United States: 2–10 business days

We sincerely apologize, but at this time we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States.

Split Deliveries (Important Information)

To bring you an expansive boutique inventory, items are occasionally fulfilled out of different specialized designer warehouses. If your order contains a combination of resort dresses, separates, and swimwear, your pieces may arrive in separate, dedicated packages at slightly different times. Rest assured, you will receive tracking numbers for each individual parcel.
